4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 21jili currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 21jili's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. 21jili aims to process approved withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering, is strictly prohibited. 21jili cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on 21jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.6 Fees. 21jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 21jili bears no responsibility.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. 7.1 Game Outcomes. All games on 21jili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 21jili's servers, the server record shall prevail.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions.
